Siberia is where I want to live. It is a country in northern Russia. People travel by cars and sled dog in the winter. It is usually frozen in the winter. In the summer there is no snow but it is still cold. The record low is 71.2 °C (-96.1 °F). There is a range of mountains called the Altia Mountains.
